[00:00:41] <elibrokeit> thePiGrepper: I'm trying to figure out toolchain issues that only affect people trying to build an i686 chroot from an x86_64 host
[00:00:58] <elibrokeit> since I don't have the archlinux32-keyring installed, but I want it installed in the chroot. ;)
[00:01:37] <elibrokeit> and I figured out this can be done beautifully, but it needs to fix a bug or two in pacstrap first

[02:39:02] <elibrokeit> deep42thought: so the --init thing is unnecessary AFAICT, but, having the right keyring installed while actually running mkarchroot does seem to be crucial

[06:34:25] <buildmaster> Hi deep42thought!
[06:34:25] <buildmaster> !rq deep42thought
[06:34:26] <phrik> buildmaster: * deep42thought listens carefully, but doesn't hear any bells ringing over here
[06:35:19] <deep42thought> elibrokeit: that _sounds_ right, I need to check again, what went wrong over here :-/
[06:35:37] <deep42thought> btw: thank you for putting so much effort into our case :-)
[06:40:04] <elibrokeit> and, unfortunately, the keyring is installed before pacman itself
[06:40:18] <elibrokeit> because pacman depends on the keyring instead of the other way around :/

[18:15:15] <phrik> buildmaster: <deep42thought> so you're a garbage collector?
[18:15:22] <deep42thought> elibrokeit, could you copy sagemath-doc-sphinx-1.8.patch there^ into repos/community-any, too?
[18:15:35] -!- thePiGrepper has joined #archlinux32
[18:20:04] <elibrokeit> deep42thought: lol, somehow copied to community-x86_64 instead
[18:21:40] <deep42thought> nice try ;-)
[18:21:42] <deep42thought> :-D
[18:23:30] <elibrokeit> I didn't do anything -- I found the issue and told arojas to fix it :D
[18:23:47] <deep42thought> fixing by delegating :-)
[19:25:34] <buildmaster> i686/sagemath-doc is broken (says buildknecht2).
[19:42:10] <thePiGrepper> hi, deep42thought . one quick question. I was at the #voidlinux channel just a minute ago, someone was talking about how nice it would be to use his VPS server as a mirror and ask how much space it would require. some admin said that they use 642G for a complete mirror. how much does arch32 use?
[19:57:32] <deep42thought> 64GB
[19:57:50] <deep42thought> but thats the current use, it might get up to 100% more
[19:58:00] <deep42thought> (e.g. when a big rebuild is in progress)
[19:59:42] -!- isacdaavid has joined #archlinux32
[20:03:45] <deep42thought> ... or when i486 kicks off and we have all those fancy graphics packages there, too - then it will roughly double ;-)
[20:04:51] <buildmaster> i686/flashplugin is broken (says rechenknecht).
