[09:45:23] <abaumann> it doesn't make sense to replace a system with function calling conventions (C) with an OOP-language partially which doesn't fit easily onto this C calling convention.

[09:46:31] <abaumann> I had a debat some 15 years ago with a "C++ professional" who insisted that rewriting parts of a system in C++ and then call it from C is a good idea..
